Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your items. However, if your product is faulty or damaged, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange.

Returns

To keep everyone safe and confident in their purchase. You can return or exchange the following items as long as they are in new, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all original tags, packaging.                                                                                                  You can simply email our customer care team sales@maxinry.com for returns request.

Refunds

We'll email you once we've processed your refund.
Refunds will be made within 3 working days of receiving your return. After verification, please check your account 7 days later.

Exchange Service

  • Exchange is free if the goods received are damaged or not correct.
  • If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
